 •  All products are made to order and may include customization based on customer specifications.

 •  Customers have 24 hours from the time of purchase to submit any last-minute change requests. After this period,            requests may not be accommodated.

 • Quality of Submitted Photos: If a customer provides a photo for customization, it must be in high resolution. Low-quality images will not be used, and the customer will be notified to submit a higher-quality version.
